If you are sending an enquiry through the website, it will ask you for your email address and phone number, please can you check what details you are entering before submitting - we obviously cannot respond to incorrect email address or phone numbers supplied. I am increasingly getting genuine enquiry but no means of responding due to the incorrect information given.
We never keep a hold of emails, phone numbers, address etc etc due to data protection etc. Also we never cold call after an enquiry has been made, I simply just do not have the time as i am the only one in the office.
Just hoping that people dont think we don't care because we haven't got back into touch - we literally have no means when false information is give.
